Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with existing and potential customers
  • Support to sales director and sales representatives
  • Market research
  • Maintain and update marketing documentation, catalogs and brochures. Write marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Maintain accurate pricing list and part numbers
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software (graphics design software is a plus) and online applications

  • No work experience necessary
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing and online store management.

 

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma; Preferable, College degree in Marketing or English,

Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
