Chemically treated abrasive blends allow great performances, improving the disc elasticity and tenacity. Power range has been designed to be versatile, paying particular attention to materials and applications.

Discs are manufactured using top quality European raw materials, corundum and silicon carbide, mixed with resin bonds and special fillers.

The fibreglass reinforce nets are selected for their quality and strength, resulting in maximum safety when using the disc.

Power Cut Line features a complete range of sizes and specifications for cutting steel, stainless, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Discs are available for electrical and pneumatic hand-held machines, portable cut-off machines, angle grinders and stationary machines.

The great cutting ability, comfort and the clean cut are the main advantages of the thin wheels, making them the perfect choice for the productive worker.

One of the main features of Power Cut products is the cool cut which avoids thermal deformations of the workpiece. Tests run in our laboratory by professionals in the abrasive field showed the impressive performance of Power Cut discs on several materials (tubes, sections, metal sheets etc.).

Recommended for use by demanding professionals who do not compromise on quality, performance and safety. Equipped with quick change SAFE LOC this disc is ultimate grinding and finishing tool . Recommended for grits 24-60. Extremely tough and long lasting in coarse grit. Use for heavy grinding, weld blending and chamfering on all steels and hard to grind materials.

Ceramic Grain-based products are ideal solutions where an aggressive cut and high performance are required.
Such products achieve extremely high stock removal and long life due to their continuous self-sharpening
characteristics. Ceramic grains are extremely hard, making products made with it suitable for grinding
very hard and heat treated metals. Products made with Ceramic Grain are safer to use during grinding due to the
minimal amount of sparks being produced.

Depending on the grinding angle and surface to be ground, Flap Discs are available in two types:

Type 27 – has flat surface and can achieve maximum efficiency when applied at a work angle of 0-15 deg angle. These discs are the most suitable for grinding flat surfaces.

Type 29 – has a slightly conical surface, for grinding at 10-25 deg angle. These discs are the most suitable for grinding contoured surfaces.
